I was blown away by the beautiful decor of the rooms, especially with the festive touch for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, the sulfur smell and malfunctioning fridge brought down the experience. The staff's lack of assistance was a major disappointment.

The hotel offers a lovely stay with rooms that have nice doors opening towards the water for fresh air and heaters, but they are due for a refurbishment. The service is very courteous and accommodating despite some issues, and the location is beautiful and well-landscaped with numerous nice photo spots. The dining experience is decent with various options, but some inconveniences were noted regarding the distance. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
